Jeffrey S. Mann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. He has held leadership roles in multiple organizations, including serving as CFO then President and CEO of Columbia Lloyds Insurance Company (CLIC) from 2009 to 2015. During his tenure, he led CLIC through post-Hurricane Ike challenges, leveraging data analytics, underwriting enhancements, and cost-cutting measures to improve profitability and customer service.
Previously, Jeff served as CFO at AFR Mutual Insurance Company, where he played a key role in a financial turnaround that increased capital and surplus from $20M to $47M and significantly improved the company's premiums-to-surplus ratio. His expertise also includes a background as an independent consultant and examiner for the Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner, where he trained and supervised examiners and evaluated insurance companies from 1994 to 2002.
Jeff holds an MBA in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma’s Price College of Business. Currently, he is the President and CEO of FarmAssure, a company he founded to provide affordable property insurance to small family farms and country homes. His focus on offering excellent service and competitive rates through a network of independent agents has led FarmAssure from a startup to the third largest market share of farmowners multiperil in Oklahoma. Jeff's leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to the FarmAssure’s core values and using insurance fundamentals to drive profitability and enhance customer experiences.

A founding member of FarmAssure and a professional career in insurance since 1992, Chris has had leadership roles from underwriting, to insurance IT systems, to operations and communications, to product development and marketing.
Chris, his wife Jamie and two sons Chirstopher and Camden all attended Oklahoma Christian University in Oklahoma City all completing their degreed programs except Camden who is halfway through his program there.
Taylor Millard began his adjusting career over thirty years ago as an Independent Adjuster traveling the country following disasters. He worked in twenty-five different states for various insurance carriers. Following Hurricane Ike in 2008, Taylor joined a Houston based insurance company as the Claims Manager to lead the claims process of the overwhelmed company. This led to, in 2011 became a founding partner of FarmAssure and being named Vice President of Claims.
Taylor grew up on a dairy farm in East Texas where he now lives producing hay and beef cattle. This experience has proved invaluable in relating to the small family farms we serve. He is a writer, publishing two novels, An Honorable Place and There Are No Rules. He owns a skeet shooting club and is an avid bird hunter and saltwater fisherman.
Willie Tate III is the CFO of FarmAssure LLC. FarmAssure LLC founded in 2010 provides insurance products specifically designed for small family farms and country homes in Oklahoma. Willie is a seasoned, insightful, and self-directed Certified Public Accountant with a proven history of leading, planning and organizing financial reporting and implementing general ledger controls that deliver quality financial statements. Pro-active and result-oriented with broad experience in all aspects of accounting and financial management. With over 44 years of experience in Insurance Accounting, Willie has always prioritized honesty and trustworthiness, which has been crucial in building strong relationships with executive teams, agents, and internal departments. Willie holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of Texas and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
A dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Maria began her carrier an agent and producer where she acquired a deep understanding of coverages, underwriting, claims handling and production requirements in multiple lines of business and multiple insurance carriers. Her experience and expertise have contributed to her success as an Underwriting Supervisor.
Maria holds a General Lines Agent license in Property and Casualty and Life and Health in the state of Texas. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her community.
With over 36 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lance Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. He began his career in claims as a field adjuster, quickly advancing to Senior Claims Representative, where he developed a deep understanding of policy and coverage nuances. Leveraging this expertise, Lance transitioned into the marketing and sales division, where he held roles including Director of Marketing and later, State Sales Manager.
Lance holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arkansas State University. Outside of his professional career, he enjoys officiating high school and college basketball, playing golf, and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle with his wife, Holly. Lance is also deeply committed to being an active part of the lives of his children and grandchildren, cherishing the time spent with his family and fostering strong relationships across generations.
